Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Williams, a leading marketing agency, is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a remote work position based in Nelson, NZ, offering full-time hours and an Associate-level seniority. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.

As a Marketing Associate at Williams, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data, and assisting in the creation of marketing materials. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The successful candidate for this role will be driven, energetic, have excellent planning skills, and strong project management abilities. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements - Coordinate with external vendors and internal team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing - Strong project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Experience working in a remote environment
