Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize results - Assist in the creation of engaging content for social media platforms and email marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital space - Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management tools - Excellent communication and writing skills - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Experience in people management and time management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
