Digital Marketing Associate

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Marsh & McLennan in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, you will play a key role in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, making recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences - Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in the creation and management of marketing budgets and timelines - Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Strong writing and communication skills - Driven and reliable with a proven track record of delivering results - Innovative thinking and the ability to persuade and influence others - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
