Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at WESCO International in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives - Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and achieve competitive advantage - Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to drive success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 4 years of experience - Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, with a focus on ROI-driven strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on people management and emotional intelligence - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for delivering results and exceeding goals
