Mattel, one of the leading toy companies in the world, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that can be done remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. 2. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. 3. Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase website visibility. 4. Create and manage social media content and campaigns. 5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. 8. Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing events and promotions.

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality. 2. Strong attention to detail and research skills. 3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
