Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Cincinnati Financial is seeking a dedicated and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in marketing. We are looking for individuals with excellent critical thinking skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Support the marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are produced on time and within budget - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Assist with social media management and content creation - Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms - No previous experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role
