Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team at BB&T Corp. in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and possess a motivated and confident personality. The Remote Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed - Work independently and collaboratively to achieve marketing goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software - Strong communication and organizational skills - Innovative thinking and critical problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
