Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at W.W. Grainger. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the dynamic field of marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends - Assist in creating content for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize results - Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives as needed - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to marketing campaigns - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks and projects

Requirements: - Strong passion for marketing and desire to learn and grow in the field - Motivated attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strategic planning skills to assist in developing effective marketing strategies - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms - No prior experience required, but a degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
