Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team at Devon Energy, a leading energy company based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies - Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Manage social media platforms and engage with followers - Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaigns - Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities - Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resilient attitude and ability to handle pressure - Proficient in research and analytical skills - Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative
