Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Big Lots in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, innovative, and persuasive, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, including digital content, print ads, and promotional materials. 4. Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities. 6. Manage social media accounts and engage with customers to drive engagement and loyalty. 7. Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry. 3. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 6. Must be motivated, energetic, innovative, and persuasive.
