Marketing Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives - Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including advertising, promotions, and social media content - Support the coordination of events and activations to engage with consumers and promote our products - Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and ROI - Assist in liaising with external agencies and vendors to support marketing activities - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated reliability and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools
