Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Mattel, a globally recognized toy company, is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate level position, the Online Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the online marketing team in executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent cooperation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to build brand presence - Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs to optimize campaign performance - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all online channels - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as email newsletters, website content, and digital ads - Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences - Assist in organizing and executing online events and promotions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online marketing or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices - Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
