About the Role: Our client is looking for an experience Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial excellence and strategic vision for a few divisions of this large complex organisation. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with their corporate business units to deliver robust financial outcomes and compliance adherence. You will be leading the charge in financial planning, reporting, and analysis as well as driving innovation and excellence at every turn. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dynamic commercial and financial leadership, guiding decision-making processes and cost management strategies.
• Offer strategic insights and guidance to leadership teams, empowering them to make informed decisions and drive business success.
• Oversee the financial management of EBITDA and capital expenditure, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, leveraging your expertise to drive performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports, maintaining compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Champion process improvements and system enhancements to streamline financial operations and maximise efficiency.

About You:

• 10+ years (minimum) of finance experience including proven leadership in complex and large enterprise environments.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, driving collaboration and results.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent essential
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with experience in ideally an infrastructure or related industries.
