Allied Concrete is part of a large nationwide group dedicated to providing great service to our customers. Join us and progress your career while working in the location nearest to your favourite sports.

The position reports to the Southern & Otago Area Manager and will work in conjunction with our experienced National Sales Team. This role will initially focus on supporting the current customer base within the commercial and residential sectors, as well as the development of new business through the promotion of our range of customer solutions.

The Otago region encompasses Dunedin through to Central Otago and supports 7 concrete plants. The Southland region supports two concrete plants.

This position will be based in an agreed location within the region.

As the right candidate you will have:

• A proven record of sales experience and developing strong customer relationships.
• The ability to read and interpret concrete specifications as well as the ability to discuss and understand our clients' construction methodology.
• The ability to support the Otago & Southland Plant Managers.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

In addition you will be:

• Focused on ensuring that the customer and Allied are at the forefront of everything you do.

A good understanding and experience in the concrete or construction industry is preferred.
