We are searching for an enthusiastic Aquatics Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Kapiti Coast District Council in Wellington Wellington

The pools are always busy with fun times and happy faces! To support our pool patrons, we are looking for an exceptional individual to provide customer services at Coastlands Aquatics Centre. If you are a self-starter who loves to deliver outstanding customer service and interacting with a wide range of people, we would love to hear from you!This role will be working on two-week rotating roster:Week 1: 7.30am-4pm, Monday-FridayWeek 2: 1pm-9.30pm, Monday to Friday.Skills and ExperienceSignificant experience in customer service roles including cash handling.Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to customer service and willingness to and capability for dealing with a wide range of people within and outside the organisation.Be able to work all shifts of the roster.Effective time management skills and ability to work effectively without supervision and collaboratively as an effective team member.Substantial experience using the Microsoft suite and experience operating databases.Demonstrated skills necessary to effectively carry out all administration duties.Demonstrated high level of efficiency and accuracy.Holder of a current and valid New Zealand Drivers' licence.Beautiful beaches and a short journey to or from Wellington make the Kapiti Coast a great place to live and work.
