This role can be based out of any of our 4 South Island Stores (Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru & Dunedin) however Christchurch is the most suitable.As the exclusive distributor/ importer of a large range of Axalta Coatings products, we command a strong and growing market share in automotive refinish, commercial vehicle, marine and industrial coatings markets. Combined with our NZ family business ownership, and our inhouse manufacturing of a large range of products, we are an agile, and fast paced business that relishes the challenges of changing markets and opportunities.We are seeking a person who has a passion for sales and people leadership; a "can do " person with drive and enthusiasm, who is happy to lead from the front and share their knowledge and drive with their sales team. This region is a crucial and large market for us, and the position requires a coach and mentor, as well as a brilliant business relationship builder to be truly successful.
