Position Title : BAW Coordinator & Trainer. As a BAW Coordinator & Trainer, you recognise that relationships are at the heart of everything that we do. Key responsibilities and tasks include:   Show lots of manaaki and build relationships with key people connected to our kaupapa.  Provide excellent course facilitator training and development to encourage, inspire and equip facilitators to fulfil the vision of Building Awesome Whānau (BAW). Demonstrate the value of Ako in face to face and/or online facilitation of Building Awesome Whānau courses.  Connect with mana whenua! Collaborate in Parenting Place Events - Mahi Tahi!!
