In this hands-on role you will also be involved in: Ensuring that there is enough stock on hand. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area. In this hands-on role you will also be involved in: Ensuring that there is enough stock on hand. Handling customer queries. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area. What you will bring to the role: Along with your passion for bikes you will also possess the following: Ideally, you'll have proven experience in a bike workshop and/or a qualification in the bike industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of customers. Can work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. A natural problem solver with a knack for using your initiative to overcome challenges. Health and safety mindset. A desire to be part of a team that's dedicated to making outdoor adventures accessible and unforgettable for everyone.
