To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven experience in developing campaign insights, logic and response models for use in a multi-channel automated campaign environment.Strong team leadership skills with ability to coach others to grow and be successful.5+ years of SAS/SQL coding (development and analysis skills).Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify & articulate a problem or opportunity to resolve.Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across different business units.Excellent organisational and process management skills, with attention to detail to minimise errors.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
