Our business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a third-year or recent Marketing graduate, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our brand through various marketing initiatives. This role offers flexibility, the opportunity to work on diverse tasks, and the chance to contribute to a growing business.Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our audience.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Marketing Support:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.Conduct market research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing ideas and initiatives. Public Relations:Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.Cultivate relationships with media contacts and influencers.Coordinate press coverage and manage PR efforts to enhance brand visibility. Content Creation:Write blog posts, articles, and other written content for our website and marketing materials.Develop creative content ideas to showcase our brand and products.Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Administrative Duties:Provide general administrative support as needed, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.Assist in the coordination of marketing-related logistics and activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or currently enrolled as a third-year student).Strong interest in social media, marketing, and public relations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.Working Conditions:Casual hours ranging from 5-15 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.Opportunity for remote work with occasional in-person meetings or events.Immediate start date available.
