In collaboration with the General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our hospital, leading with empathy, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You'll have the opportunity to mold the nursing department, drive quality patient care, and inspire a team of passionate healthcare professionals.

Extensive postgraduate clinical practice, particularly in Operating Theatre nursing
Demonstrated leadership prowess and a profound understanding of quality improvement processes
Empathy, a patient-focused mindset, and an unyielding pursuit of excellence
Familiarity and respect for Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its implications on healthcare
