Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

CH2M Hill is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team in the Hamilton, Waikato, NZ area. This is a full-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey CH2M Hill's messages to internal and external stakeholders. This includes creating content for various platforms such as social media, websites, press releases, and internal newsletters. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of our communications efforts and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to support CH2M Hill's goals and objectives - Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed - Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and presentations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems - Confident and motivated individual with a passion for communications
