Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Communications Specialist to join our team at Crimson Education. This is a full-time remote work position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's goals and objectives - Create content for various communication channels including social media, website, email campaigns, and press releases - Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external partners - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing - Assist with crisis communication and reputation management as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with social media management and digital marketing - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools - Experience working remotely is a plus
