Community Registered (or Enrolled) Nurse - Homebase We have a full-time permanent vacancy for community registered or enrolled nurses to join our dedicated Home based nursing team. Working alongside a supportive team leader at our head office located in west Christchurch, with the opportunity to work in the Kaiapoi office based 30km north of the CBD. What's in it for you? A competitive salary package, which includes a company car for work purposes Monday to Friday office hours with no on-call weekends or public holidays $500 sign on bonus, which will be paid after 6 months working at Access Onsite free car parking Opportunity to have clinical experiences which are different from those in a large tertiary Hospital, while still enjoying the benefits of professional development and career opportunities in a large organisation Make a real difference within your community Thrive within a company that holds strong core values about our community's healthcare and well being Potential opportunities in the future to expand your skill sets within different community nurse divisions, autonomy over planning your workload Under the collective agreement with NZNO Responsibilities: Deliver a high standard clinical service to our clients, along with supervision and support for members of the team Complete support plans which includes follow up care, treatment, client progress assessment and clinical evaluation Supporting clinical placements for student nurses and allied health students, ensuring that contractual agreements with training schools are met for each individual Working alongside registered workforce, care coordinators and support workers to ensure staff deliver services that are consistent with the quality standards within Access Ensure compliance with referrer instruction, GP orders and established policies and procedures Completing holistic client assessments Requirements: Hold a current Full New Zealand drivers' licence Eligibility to work in New Zealand Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications Two years medical/surgical or community experience preferred but not essential Excellent interpersonal skills Clear concise communication skills, written and verbal Ability to support and work within a team but also work autonomously Proven ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong team player who is able to work effectively with a wide range of people Critical thinker and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required Those that are shortlisted will be contacted.
