About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Canon team that supports one of our premier clients. You will be based at amazing corporate offices in Smales Farm where you'll enjoy the perks of collaborating with a dynamic and fun team, working in modern offices, and having access to an onsite gym and café. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a vital role ensuring everyone receives a first-class experience. The Corporate Receptionist is entrusted with maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion, and representing Canon and our client in an ethical and professional manner. Main Duties include: Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of organisation structure and employees Meeting and greeting visitors, providing exceptional customer service Efficiently managing the Visitor Registration System of the building Maintaining an immaculate front office area, including answering phone calls promptly, professionally, and attentively Liaising with clients and hosts Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders In charge of Meeting and Events amenities and assisting with event setup or set down Assisting with room bookings administration Escorting clients to meeting rooms when required Ensuring site compliance with Canon and our clients Health & Safety Standards About you Ready to be a part of our fun and dynamic team? We are seeking an individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and always maintains a high level of professionalism. Your positive attitude and adaptable nature will set you apart with your contribution to the collaborative and high-energy team. Other key attributes include: Very high standard of personal presentation Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality and/or Reception roles Event organising skills are a big bonus Superior multitasking and organisational skills Strong attention to detail Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with room booking software preferable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong administration skills A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when needed
