Customer Service Representative | Sales Support -Bring strong customer service and organisational skills to support the Sales function. About Company: Well-established Self-Storage Solutions company based in Mangere with twelve state-of-the-art Self-Storage facilities in key locations throughout New Zealand. This company is highly successful and continuously expanding. They are dedicated to providing convenient, high-quality storage solutions and excellent customer service. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team and play a key part in the day-to-day success of the business. About Role: Busy customer service role acting as first point of contact and delivering excellent customer service topotential and existing customers. Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to conversion, while closely coordinating with the Facility Managers. Handle inbound calls, emails,chatbot and virtual video calls Initiate outbound sales enquiry follow ups Facilitating bookings and viewing for all facilities Resolve customer problems effectively Developing and implementing sales strategies Achieving monthly and annual sales targets General administration work 9am-5pm - Monday to Friday – Some flexibility around start and finish times. No weekend work Fantastic opportunity to utilise your customer service and sales skills and really take ownership of this role.
