Job Description The Winning Group is searching for a Digital Marketing and Community Coordinator who will help grow customer acquisition through performance marketing channels.Reporting into the General Manager and Performance Marketing manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day expansion and community engagement for the andoo brand in New Zealand  While working cross functionally with our design and content teams, this includes executing day-to-day email campaigns via our automation platform, coordination of social media channels, coordinate affiliate marketing and paid search marketing, and community engagement across all sales channels.  With an analytical mindset, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will analyze and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, while creating and implementing different types of campaigns (e.g.segmentation, triggers, customer journeys, A/B tests) to improve KPIs.What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like  Curating campaign briefs with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget.Monitor the performance of each campaign and report back outcomes to drive ongoing improvement.Work closely with Creative, Email, Content, Social, PR, Editorial teams at head office to deliver campaigns that engage our customers and drive top-line sales.Be actively involved in the campaign ideation process and ensure that campaigns are discussed with key stakeholders well in advance.You may be required to work with external agencies and coordinate campaign promotional outcomes with suppliers and PRM.Responsibilities Partner with our email developer in executing day-to-day email campaigns while optimizing for scale and efficiency.Help develop triggered and segmented email activations and operate our marketing automation platform.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align performance marketing campaigns with the email planning calendar and the wider marketing promotional calendar.Work closely with our performance marketing specialist to bring new affiliate marketing opportunities to life.Assist our data scientist with the coordination, compiling and providing results for monthly performance dashboard as well as support with extraction, formatting, and upload of data files to corresponding email activations.Partner with andoo product manager to design and execute A/B tests for key campaigns.Qualifications 2 years experience in a similar role working on performance marketing channels (e.g.paid search, affiliate marketing).2 years of experience in email marketing and/or email design would be a huge plus as would any experience working with a marketing automation platform.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail.Qualification or experience in a related field (marketing/communications/advertising).Highly regarded: Experience in e-commerce or online retail/sales.Additional Information Permanent full-time position  Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand Benefits Exciting career advancement opportunities await as we are a rapidly growing company that values promoting from within our talented team!Our in-house Training Academy provides ongoing training (incl.nationally accredited Cert III and Cert IV) and development opportunities, ensuring that our employees have the chance to enhance their skills and knowledge.Experience Winning Perks with exclusive discounts, deals, and savings on a diverse array of products and services.From retail and dining to travel, entertainment, wellness, gym and more.Access to an employee assistance program (EAP).Discover our vibrant community and learn more about us at
