The role requires you to focus on social media, graphic design and the management of digital platforms across a number of amazing brands, specifically including our bike brands. Pivot Cycles Mondraker HEAD Marmot Jetboil Gu Energy SKOTTI Grill NNormal Social Media • Grow, co-ordinate & maintain the social media profiles and quality content on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and other sites as required.  • Manage social media platform, create quality content and monitor, respond, share and keep these mediums relevant. • Build content calendars for social sites in conjunction with the Marketing Manager. • Create social media adverts in line with current e-com promotions and track social adverts performance using Ads Manager.  Graphic Design • Adapt international catalogues to NZ/AU versions for sell-ins. • Design and co-ordinate ad placements for print, EDMs and web. • Design and co-ordinate graphic content, social strategy, copywriting and distribution of media assets to dealers providing digital support where needed. • Design and co-ordinate products of POS and seasonal marketing collateral. Data Management • Maintenance of database lists including entry of information after promotions, competitions and events. • Responsible for compiling content and populating regular newsletters for brands. • Organising databases for brands and retail customers. Other • Co-ordinate integration between our inventory software (Cin7) and B2B (Shopify). • Provide support to the E-commerce Specialist maintaining product listings on the B2B platform. • Update product imagery and product descriptions on the B2B platform. Skills & Experience Job Skills  · Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva. · Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms. · Experience with all major social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube. · Pro-active, highly driven individual with the ability to achieve set targets. · Exceptional customer service skills - proactively developing customer relationships and giving high priority to customer satisfaction. · Effective verbal and written communication skills; adjusting communication where needed. · Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
