It's about sharing stories that make you feel something and get you talking, and it's about the power of kōrero to bring people togethe The opportunity - Te tūranga As Enterprise Planning & Delivery Lead reporting to Transformation Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading the creation and management of the annual enterprise operating plan and business prioritisation that delivers to the agreed long term business transformation plan (Te Paerangi) through to supporting the delivery of the plan via management of the Project Services. Working closely with all business units, ensure that TVNZ's work programmes and projects are planned, managed and governed in a consistent, transparent and disciplined manner. You will be responsible for facilitating the prioritisation of projects across TVNZ to deliver increased revenue, operational efficiencies, address risk and/or viewer benefits - ultimately to ensure the budgeted benefits are realised. The Project Services team is responsible for the supporting services to deliver projects that realise the benefits. This is a critical role in the transformation programme of work. To be successful in this role, we are looking for the Proven experience in creating operational planning and prioritisation of large multi-year programmes of work to migrate organisations to a digital future. Strong experience managing a PMO equivalent and delivering business analysis, project and programme management within a complex technical, commercial environment with associated delivery and project management experience. Have a broad understanding of the technology and services involved in a media environment (commercial television is an advantage) in particular hardware, software replacement, construction and studio renovations. Demonstrable knowledge of the latest thinking in transformative migration of business capabilities from traditional to digital capabilities.
