You'll become part of a team where you're listened to, cared for and respected.We live and breathe our REAL values – Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude, Leadership – and we demonstrate these values through the work we do, every day, as one team.The OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our Construction Crew , based out of Hamilton.You will be part of a team performing a wide range of construction activities including:Opportunity to work on some on New Zealand's current largest roading projects.Safety improvements on local authority road networks in both urban and rural environments.Area wide pavement treatments and overlays including final trimShaping and trimming of battersEnsuring high quality infrastructure projects are delivered to plan using your expert operator skills.In addition to the above, you will have:Experience operating graders in a road construction environment is essential and 3D control would be beneficialYou will be proficient in operating Grader Machine across a range of situationsClass 1 and 2 licenses minimum + W,T,R endorsements is essentialSelf-motivation coupled with the ability to lead and motivate a teamDrive to achieve productivity, goals and deadlinesExcellent verbal and writing communication skillsHonesty and reliabilityWe're looking for passionate people with a positive approach and a can-do attitude.
