Who We're Looking For: Are you a people-focused individual with a passion for managing teams and bringing out the best in them? If so, we're looking for a dynamic and skilled Head of Delivery to join our team. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for delivering our digital projects and services, focusing on resource planning, HR management, people development, implementing effective operational procedures, and overseeing budgets, utilisation, and project profitability. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Manage recruitment, training, and career development of team members. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job performance and maintaining disciplinary procedures. Manage the delivery function to ensure all projects and jobs flow optimally and achieve agreed KPIs. Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement improvements in productivity through effective processes and systems, collection and analysis of data, and effective use of resources. Focus on reducing cost per unit, eliminating errors, and delivering excellent customer service. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Participate in annual planning processes - develop and present the operational budget for the delivery team. Skills & Experience: At least four (4) years of demonstrable experience managing digital teams, with a focus on people, process, and delivery. Experience in ecommerce is an advantage. Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to build successful long-term partnerships from senior management down. Strong multitasking, communication, and organisational skills. Excellent written skills with an eye for detail, and articulate. Experience leading cross-functional teams for project delivery, proactive in ensuring all bases are covered, able to delegate efficiently, and provide leadership across your team. While we have BA/strategist and technical leads, a technical or solutions-minded approach is an advantage.
