This is a growing business with 90 staff nationwide, comprising financial advisers and operational teams. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to join our team in Auckland.As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. With a primary focus on digital marketing and lead generation, you will lead a team of talented professionals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.What you will do:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer acquisition.Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing initiatives and maximise ROI.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve strategic goals.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.What we require:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record of success in digital marketing and lead generation, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior marketing role.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing decisions.Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate team members.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Join the team and work in a great environment!
