What we're looking for Are you a sales leader with a passion for coaching and developing high-performance teams? Do you have experience in driving new business revenue by maximising inbound lead conversion and upsell of adjacent products and services? Do you have a consultative sales approach based on thorough and effective discovery, well presented demonstrations and rigorous pipeline management? If so, we want to hear from you! What does the job involve? As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Account Executives and Inbound Sales Team, ensuring that they hit their sales targets. You will be responsible for monitoring sales metrics and managing the entire sales pipeline from SQL to successful close. You will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve new business revenue targets. You will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans, coaching and upskilling your team, analysing data and systems, and engaging with various internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Key Accounts, Sales Development, Marketing and Growth Teams and The Head of Sales and Services to maximise conversion and deal size.
