Join a contractor/developer with a great new build project. Can you take a role from the ground up to handover.... Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are specialist recruiters with a strong Local Focus, backed up with solid Networks. An opportunity has arisen for a quantity surveyor or senior quantity surveyor to join this construction contractor. They require a dynamic, confident and focussed individual to join the Auckland office. They are building an impressive new build apartment project. This company requires an intermediate or senior level quantity surveyor who can come in and 'hit the ground running". You will be an expert in your field and keen to take ownership in this new role. You will need to be comfortable running your own projects up to $25+ million. If you would like to be part of this Auckland team we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years' plus experience. Ideally you would have gained your knowledge here in New Zealand, however overseas candidates with local New Zealand knowledge and the right to work in NZ are encouraged to apply.
