IT Service Delivery Team Leader – 6mth fixed term opportunity Location: Auckland Type: Permanent / Full Time Reference: 857220 Fantastic opportunity for a Service Delivery Leader to join a progressive education entity who is undergoing huge growth. You will be providing day-to-day staff management, escalation management, planning, strategy, operational management, reporting for and on behalf of the Service Delivery Team. This person will lead and mentor a team of approximately 10x Service Delivery Specialists with a focus on improving Customer Journey excellence for a broad range of education services. Experience required Given the number of direct reports and the Agile setup of the project fleet, great inspirational leadership experience is a must Must have experience designing customer journeys Education experience is desirable for this position. Technical Requirements: 5 years experience in a L1, L2, and L3 ICT Service Desk environment. 5 years experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Service Delivery, scheduling and risk management 5 years experience in team leadership, including day-to-day staff management, strategy and performance review and planning. 5 Years experience in Customer Journey Design and Improvement This is a 6mth fixed term salaried role with an ASAP start preferred based in Auckland city fringe.
