To be achieved through leading and managing the IT Operations team (including Reporting), and technology vendors, while managing service level agreements, and ensuring continuous improvement. About the role: Your main responsibilities as an IT Service Delivery Manager will be to: Work closely with key stakeholders to define business requirements and goals including in-depth collaboration with line managers to understand the benefits/challenges of current technology. When required, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), key consultants, or team members. Recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. Proactively engage and advise MD and GM on insights with strategies, highlight strengths, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements to improve performance.  Proactively ensure Senior Leadership Team (SLT) has a timeline of upcoming IT changes/releases including visualisation of potential challenges.  Have an understanding of all Mystro technologies and their purpose (and workings), and benefits/challenges. Be the first port of call for any IT issues, engage those that go to others first, and ensure you are across the issue first. Provide timely updates to stakeholders for system performance issues or outages. Provide clear requirements and use appropriate Change Management processes for any system changes. Be accountable to SLT and the IT board at all times ensuring any agreed framework is followed. Actively collaborate with the Sales Team to present our technologies to clients, taking the initiative to highlight opportunities, including advantages, pricing, and support. Ensure the IT Operations Team produces and maintains suitable and up-to-date documentation relevant to application technologies, assigned tasks, and projects. This includes but is not limited to technical specifications, system configurations, software documentation, associated network/Infrastructure diagrams, troubleshooting procedures, and any other documentation deemed necessary for effective knowledge management and ongoing support. About you: Our ideal candidate will have: Three plus years’ experience as Service Delivery Manager leading high performing team. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Ability to rapidly adapt and work in a fast paced and fluid environment. Demonstrated experience in driving continual improvement ensuring there is strong alignment to the business outcomes. Understanding of service management methodologies including ITIL v4.  Sound understanding of technical concepts and frameworks.  Highly organised and able to keep track of multiple service delivery engagements. Ability to manage multiple meeting deadlines and maintaining quality and attention to detail. Technically minded with architectural knowledge of how solution components work together to deliver business value. Proven experience implementing new processes and delivering process improvements. A thorough understanding of modern technology architecture, methods of IT project delivery, and broader IT trends. The ability to articulate effectively on both business and technical levels. Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail with a strong focus of excellent customer service. Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Understanding of governance and risk management best practice. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including expertise in the management of technical vendors.
