We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator with experience in press brake operations to join our client's team.Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and cut metal materials.Interpret and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce accurate parts.Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and quality standards.Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments as required.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Machine Operator with specific expertise in press brake operations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make precise adjustments.Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with time and a half for any overtime hours above 40 hours.Secure future with solid career growth opportunities.Opportunities to learn and operate other machinery such as CNC and laser/plasma machines.Professional development in a company that genuinely cares about its people.Flexible, relaxed, and enjoyable workplace culture.Health and wellness programs, including free gym.If this sounds interesting to you then apply now by submitting your CV.
