Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Marketing Assistant to join our team at A2 Milk Company. This position is remote and full-time, based in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in implementing various marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and brand.
Responsibilities:- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows- Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing strategies- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively- Assist in managing social media platforms and engaging with followers- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field- Strong project management skills- Ability to think creatively and innovatively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software- Ability to work independently and in a team- Excellent time management and organizational skills
