Strata Title Administration is looking for an addition to our marketing team - a dynamic Marketing & IT Lead.  This is a newly created role designed to focus on our marketing activity, brand management and IT operations (with the support of an external IT supplier). There is a lot of scope for exciting work in this role within an established business that looks after the largest bodies corporate in the country. We are passionate about what we do and, therefore, the successful candidate will be focused on communicating this and driving our results through new channels. You will be responsible for: Planning, developing and delivering marketing activity across various channels such as EDM, social media, website Developing the Strata brand and our voice in the market Coordinating our internal newsletter Working with HR to develop and grow our employer brand Providing basic to intermediate software and hardware problem solving support to our team, including liaising with and coordinating our external IT supplier Working on exciting projects such as website design, AI implementation, with the support of supplier partners Identifying ways we can streamline our systems and processes to ensure efficiency About you You are a lover of developing and building things, particularly in growing brands and creating brand awareness. You are a systems and IT wizz with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders with ease. You probably have previous experience working with professional services businesses and are used to delivering timely and accurate information and interacting with a wider team. We would also like you to have the following: A tertiary degree in marketing, graphic design or similar 2+ years' experience in a marketing coordination, graphic design, web coordination or similar role Basic to intermediate IT problem solving skills Strong verbal and written English skills Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills.  Experience with social media, copywriting and web content creation, as well as photography and video editing Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills  Your application will include the following questions: Do you have the legal right to work in NZ (e.g. citizenship, residency or work visa)?
