About the Opportunity: As our Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving our company's growth trajectory. From social media to print, from email to digital advertising, you'll orchestrate campaigns that captivate our audience and elevate our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute robust marketing plans to fuel company growth.Social Media Mastery: Oversee and optimize social media campaigns for maximum impact and engagement. Advertising Expertise: Manage print and digital advertising campaigns to target our audience effectively. Email Marketing Excellence: Craft and implement email campaigns to nurture leads and keep customers engaged. Data-Driven Decisions : Analyse marketing data and KPIs to guide continuous improvement.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts. What You Will Bring to the Role: Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with a demonstrable track record of success. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and platforms. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must. Reporting and analytics: You will have proven experience using Data to track the success of campaigns, and present reports to senior leadership. Vendor and supplier management: Experience in managing a marketing budget and utilizing external sourcing to execute marketing initiatives.Strong leadership skills and a determined, results-oriented mindset.
