We pride ourselves on providing top-tier financial advice to our clients.Our market share has grown 7x over the last 5 years. This has been achieved through strong marketing and content campaigns. We produce The Property Academy Podcast (NZ's #1 Business Podcast), our social media accounts and our YouTube channel.We have an established and successful marketing team. We have built the capability of an agency in house. We seek a marketing manager who can add to this and help us in our next growth phase.Role Summary: The Marketing Manager will manage our paid advertising campaigns, primarily focussed on social media advertising. This role involves managing a six-figure advertising budget, ensuring that we are spending the budget in the best way possible.This person will script and concept the ads, manage their production through our creative team, and then run them.The Marketing Manager will focus on paid ads and work collaboratively with 11 other marketing team members. This includes a website and SEO specialist, videographer, content writer, graphic designer and automation specialist.As the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the number of qualified meetings booked with the Financial Advisers. Your main target will be to increase the number of meetings booked above our current baseline.You'll then have the tools, budget and freedom to make the changes you see fit.Key Responsibilities:Copywriting:  Write emails, video scripts, ad copy and sales pages that increase the number of qualified meetings booked.Manage ads: Set up ad campaigns in Meta and Google.Customer Research: Set up and monitor surveys of our customers to look for trends, opportunities and threats.Team management: Manage 2 members of the calling team who book meetings with inbound leads.Ideal Candidate Profile:Keen learner:  Marketing keeps changing, so this person needs to keep exploring new ideas to find out what works. They'll have marketing-focused blogs, podcasts or YouTube channels they follow.Willing to try and let new projects fail : There isn't a set playbook for how to grow our type of business. So we need to try new things, test them, see if they work, and stop them if needed.Numbers focused:  You should understand brand. But ultimately, this is a performance marketing role. You'll have targets to meet and need to be focused on the numbers. Our marketing team is not the 'colouring-in department.'Takes ownership:  Someone who doesn't point fingers and say, "that's X's fault". This person will understand that we all must be responsible for our actions.Look at the small details:  Our industry is regulated.
