Using evidence based practice you will effectively manage treatments and medications, alongside in depth assessments and triaging. Evaluate and assess the care needed for a range of patients Provide comprehensive treatment plans and diagnoses Demonstrate safe and in depth clinical decision making Be actively involved in patient education, promoting health & prevention where you can Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Participate in research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities Act as a leader and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment Skills and Experience Registered Nurse Practitioner with current APC in NZ Prior Experience in Primary or acute care is advantageous Demonstrated skills in assessments, diagnosing and treatment plans A genuine passion to be working in the primary care sector and providing the best possible health outcomes for patients Able to work collaboratively and autonomously as needed Committed to best practice and continual professional development Excel in your career in a dynamic and supportive working space.
