Office Administration and Marketing Coordinator
JT Plumbing, Tauriko, Tauranga
Hourly Rate $29+ p/h depending on experience
Flexible Full-time Hours 7:00 am -3.00 pm or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

About the Role: This role is approximately 60% office admin supporting the Estimator and Operations teams with administration-related tasks and 40% marketing, including social media. We are looking for someone with marketing and admin experience who fits right into a Trades environment and works well with the team.
 
This role involves the following:

• Supporting the business with general office administration tasks.
• Maintaining and expanding public communications and brand awareness via social media, website, and email marketing.
• Developing knowledge of our services and how to deliver them to customers.
• Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and driving a positive outcome for both the customer and JT Plumbing.
• Managing and working with third-party marketing providers.

Role Requirements:

• Have 2-3 years of online marketing experience managing social media channels, writing content and blog posts, updating websites, and creating email campaigns.
• Experience with ZOHO or other CRM systems would be a bonus.
• Ability to upskill and learn how to use Simpro Job Management software.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Be driven by wanting to make a difference and seeing the results.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the role and drive it. 
• Have heightened awareness of customer expectations, experience, and service.
• Be proactive, creative, resourceful, and solution-focused.
• Able to identify issues and recommend alternatives.
• Sound time management and prioritising skills.
• Outgoing and positive person, who understands their role in the company and excels in doing it well.
