Working closely with the wider On Premise team, you will create and execute the National On Premise trade, consumer & industry marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in differentiating Red Bull from our competition, ensuring we "Look Like #1" throughout the On-Premise universe by delivering impactful marketing initiatives that drive product relevance and consumption. Areas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: You have 5+ years marketing in a commercial environment, experience in On Premise is preferred. You are self-motivated, able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment and are able to think and act like an entrepreneur. You have proven strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes). Previous event management experience is a must, with highly-developed planning, prioritisation and organisational ability. You have strong analytical skills (analyse consumer, sales and customer data). You have excellent communications skills and have the ability to negotiate effectively. You will need to be able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends). Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product.
