Job Description:
Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and be passionate and reliable in their work. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website- Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing- Analyze performance data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all online channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and project management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
