Programme Manager (Digital & Edu-Tech Delivery)Lead the co-creation of innovative EdTech experiences and large-scale programs that deliver lasting impact!The Programme Manager role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the education technology (EdTech) sector. As Programme Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Delivery and an exceptional cross-disciplinary team to successfully scope, deliver, embed and iterate innovative learning experiences for government, industry, and enterprise clients, contributing to the development of capabilities and driving positive business and societal outcomes.As a partner in crime to the Head of Delivery, you will play a crucial role in managing client engagement, communications, existing learning platforms and delivering new ones! The role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and lead innovative programs that shape the future of digital education.Your role will include:Engage with clients, stakeholders and teams to uncover exciting opportunities to create impact, and create innovative learning programs and experiences.Lead the full product lifecycle, delivering ongoing value that sets us apart in the market.Drive the successful delivery of complex projects, exceeding client expectations and setting new standards for our product.Transform client needs into dynamic product roadmaps, aligning them with program goals and objectives.Lead critical client reporting, and communication efforts, ensuring seamless engagement with stakeholders and upholding partnerships.Inspire teams, cultivate collaboration, and tackle risks head-on to ensure program success.Assess program impact and lead innovative solutions for excellence of learning experiences and outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will bring:Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and basic understanding of EdTech technologies.Proficiency in data analysis to monitor program progress and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills for presenting updates, reports, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.Proven ability in change management, adapting programs based on feedback and circumstances.Expertise in Agile and project management methodologies, with a track record of delivering successful projects.Exceptional client management skills, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.Experience in budget management, delivering projects within scope and timelines.Ability to engage stakeholders, lead governance sessions, and provide regular reporting on program progress.Solid industry knowledge, understanding digital and EdTech trends.Strategic planning skills to translate client needs into impactful solutions.Strong commercial acumen and business writing skills, with the ability to identify and shape opportunities.Data speaks volumes, and at academyEX, we use it to drive engagement, course completions and make improvements that enhance learning experiences. What to expect:Our team are passionate, creative, and united by a common purpose: to create impact.
