Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Analyse project plans and contracts to provide valuable insights and cost-saving opportunities. Offer expertise in cost management, procurement, and financial forecasting. Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, well organised cost estimations, and budget assessments. Skill Set: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator. Proficient in cost estimation software. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Understanding of the Construction Contracts Act. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
