Whether you work in retail, wholesale, shared services, tour operations, logistics, our destination management companies, or air tickets consolidation, you will be supporting a business whose goal is to make sure our customer’s travel journeys are memorable.  About the Role As the Receptionist & Administration Support, you will be the first point of contact for anybody arriving or contacting the New Zealand Support Office based in Auckland, including clients and stakeholders of the Helloworld Brand. The responsibilities of this role will be divided into two categories – administration and office management support. The administration aspect relates to providing our essential meet and greet functions and supporting our operations teams with transferring calls, forwarding messages by email, and following up on pending tasks. The office management support aspect ensures the smooth running of the office facilities and the completion of essential administration tasks. Key Responsibilities and Success Areas Include: Attending to all office visitors in an efficient and polite manner.  Transferring calls to the correct team.  Supporting the operational teams as and when required.  Management and storage of kitchen, bathroom, and stationery supplies.  Following Purchase Order protocols.  Granting temporary and permanent access cards to visitors and new staff. Booking/managing tradespeople and brochure delivery (loading dock). Highly organised with the ability to multi-task. Ability to work autonomously as well as work effectively across multiple teams. The ideal and Successful candidate will possess the following: Previous administrative and/or travel experience preferred. Confident and calm professional telephone manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Willingness to learn and deliver exceptional customer service.  Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
