About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. If you have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and are looking for a role where you can add value but no longer want to climb the corporate ladder then we would love to hear from you.
Your Role Will Consist Of
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage the front desk and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and order new inventory as needed.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as required.
To Succeed In This Role You Will Be/have
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong technology and communication skills.
- Be self-driven, professional and able to work autonomously.
