Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity As part of the Nursing Resource Team, you will work alongside and become an integral part of various teams. You will have the opportunity to form collaborative relationships with Charge Nurse Managers (CNM), shift co-ordinators and all colleagues of the wider health team. No two days are the same, if you are in search of variety – this is the position for you. We offer a supportive environment with a Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Co-ordinators (CNC) and a Charge Nurse Manger (CNM) to assist with your development. The Nursing Resource Team at Waikato DHB are an internal bureau of nurses who provide relief and support across all other nursing services, as and when required. Our family orientated team gives you the opportunity to become multi-skilled and increase your knowledge by working in a variety of specialty and clinical areas. We offer clinical education, coaching and PDRP support from competent to expert levels. Required skills & experience: Registration with the NZ Nursing Council and a current Annual Practising Certificate; Current New Zealand Work Permit; A minimum of 2 years NZ experience Preference will be given to nurses who have worked in an Acute DHB setting in New Zealand A requirement to work across all shifts, preference for night shifts is advantageous.
